🍲🍛🎄Festive Feast + Auction; The Season Of Connection & Giving🎄🍲🍛

Join us for a cozy and heartwarming evening where community, connection, and giving back are essential this holiday season! On December 13th, 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:30 PM, we’ll come together to share a vegan potluck feast and auction to support amazing causes and spread some holiday cheer.

Event Highlights:

• Potluck Dinner: Bring your favorite vegan dish to share, and let’s dine on some delectable meals that also support kindness.
• Auction: Be a part of the auction where all proceeds go to a charity we choose together. Local businesses have donated some fantastic goodies and surprises and are supporting charity here with us.
• Wish List for Local Shelters & Sanctuaries: We’ll be collecting items to help out local animal shelters and sanctuaries in need, as well as sharing opportunities/information for ways you can make an additional donation or help in more ways.

Event Schedule:

🎉 4:30 PM: Welcome & Introduction! I’ll share a few words about the evening, our charity focus, and what to expect.

🥗 6:00 PM: Potluck Feast Begins! Let’s dig in and enjoy a delightful spread of vegan dishes while connecting with each other.

🎟️ 7:30 PM: Auction & Wish List Sharing Excitement builds as we auction off some special items from the community! Maybe building some suspense and also We’ll discuss how we can help local shelters and sanctuaries this season, sharing items on their wish lists.

🌟 8:00 -8:30 PM: Closing Remarks & Goodbyes. A heartfelt thank you to everyone for joining, along with encouragement to keep the spirit of giving alive!

Tickets/Donations:

🎟️ $15 per person, covering the space and the rest donated to charities. (Children are free – but please bring at least 1 potluck dish per adult and per child.)

💸 Additional money to join in the auction and bid on the items you’d like to take home with you!

• We max out at 27 people, so be sure to RSVP sooner rather than later!
• 🍂 Potluck-style dinner: Bring your favorite vegan dish or dessert to share If you’re unsure on what might be a good option; try chips ‘n’ dip, fruit, veggie trays, hummus, etc. (Also, please label the ingredients for allergy purposes)
• 🌟 Community gathering: Connect with fellow veggie enthusiasts & all ages welcome
• 🐾 Support a cause: Proceeds go to charities
• 🍹 Beverages included: Water, warm spiced cider, and tea provided (No drugs or alcohol allowed at the event)

• A sink, soap, and towel will also be available for washing your dishes.

• Although this event is vegan/vegetarian-focused, anyone who is veg-friendly is welcome! 😄
