I also send you a questionnaire to dig deeper into your business goals and what you want to achieve while working together. Once you’ve read through this pricing guide and are like “I want this!”, schedule your consultation video chat with me, so we can make sure we are on the same page and I am the best option for the project you have planned.

Sign on the dotted line

If after the video chat we both feel this is a great fit, I will review your budget, goals, and big vision we discussed on the call and I will curate a customized plan for you and your business. Then, I’ll send you a contract right here in Honeybook, so you can pay your deposit, see all of the terms clearly outlined, and sign the contract to make it official.

The adventure begins

You will receive a customized timeline that highlights important milestones for our project. You will be able to review the dates and let me know of any conflicts so we can adjust as needed to make sure the project stays on track. You’ll also receive the first steps of your homework requirements.

While you work through your homework, I will review everything before we proceed to the next step so don’t ever worry about “doing it wrong”!

It’s go time!

After your homework is complete, it’s time to celebrate! 🎉 We will now move forward with the project outlined in your contract. During this time be sure to be thorough with reviewing/proofing what is sent and upfront about any changes you might want to see made. We will work through your project one step at a time so you will never get to the end and feel “oh my – I have made one big mistake.” Each step builds upon the one before.

Celebrate and continued support

After we have launched your project and celebrated your business – the party continues! If anything comes up, don’t worry! I provide you 14 days of email support after we have completed our project together, or you can choose to continue to work with me through a retainer package. Like I said, I’m your new biz bestie!

How We Stay Organized and Communicate

Once you’ve booked and are an official client – hooray, I’ll send you a link for your very own client portal in Asana and a Slack channel. This is where we will keep your entire project organized and communicate. It’s much easier for us both to refer back to one space to find what we need than having to search through 100s of email threads

OFFICE HOURS AND COMMUNICATION TURN-AROUND

I value transparency with my clients, so I want to provide you just that. Below you will find my communication policies and a general guide of my office hours. If you email me, you can expect to hear back from me within 48-72 business hours, which means if you email me on a Friday, you can expect to hear from me by the next business day, Monday. I often reply much faster than that, but please keep that in mind if you don’t hear from me right away, I might just be staying true to my word and enjoying the life that I have worked hard to build.

My Workdays: Monday – Thursday

Communication Hours: 9 am – 6pm

Meeting Days: Monday & Wednesdays
